Rates

• Standard Shipping: $4.99 per order.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150.00 or more (before taxes, after any discount).
• Rates are shown in your selected currency and confirmed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days, then delivered in 5 to 12 business days depending on your location and the item ordered, so most orders arrive 5 to 14 business days after they are placed. We do not advertise 2-3 day delivery because it would not be accurate for most of our catalog.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed before midnight Eastern Time count for that day; orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners; an order containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also follow it any time on our order tracking page. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan.

Delays, damaged or missing parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, email us at support@cobalthollow.com with your order number and we will replace it or refund you. Our returns policy applies in full.
